Services

Sophos Consulting provides IT and management services to small and medium size businesses.  While we are located in middle Tennessee, we service clients from across the country.  Some of them are based in middle Tennessee, others are not.  This just shows that we have the ability to provide services throughout the United States.

The following is a list of some of the services that Sophos Consulting offers.  However, we base our business on being flexible and providing our clients with whatever their needs may be.  So we are constantly modifying our offering to meet customers needs. 

 

On Call Hourly Service
Description:  We provide hourly service without the need for a bulk hourly contract.  This service works well for small companies whose needs are intermittant.  This allows for more of an on demand basis therefore reducing costs
Cost:  The cost for this service depends on location and whether the work is done remotely or on site.

IT Outsourcing
Description:  This service is geared towards those companies that are small to mid size but have complex infrastructures requiring an IT expert and/or companies that require regular IT support but they don't need a full time IT tech on staff.
Cost:  The cost depends on the skill set required and the number of hours to be used on a weekly or monthly basis.

Managed Services
Description:  This service is for all company sizes.  We provide network monitoring, log monitoring, and full remote support(for both desktops and servers with guaranteed fixed monthly costs).
Cost:  The cost for this service depends on what portions of the service the customer chooses.

Business Process/Services Review
Description:  Many companies don't review their internal processes for ways to improve them using either their existing IT infrastructure or available new technology.  Sophos provides this review as a service.  It requires the assistance of department managers in order to provide the most benefit.  However, the returns are usually rather high.  We also offer reviews of phone bills and technology leasing contracts(phone systems, copiers, and other outsources systems).
Cost:  The cost depends on the skill set required and the number of hours to be used on a weekly or monthly basis.
